Fe y Alegria offers continuing professional development training for 33,000+ educators who work in our schools. Teacher training takes place in three stages: 1. new teachers have a comprehensive training process that focuses on providing quality education to the most disadvantaged, 2. teachers with five years of experience updte their subject matter knowledge and skills in order to improve students' learning outcomes, and 3. all teachers who wish may participate in virtual learning communities to exchange best practices and reflect on their experiences.
